Granada is Polanco’s quieter, tree-lined extension — orderly streets, mid-rise apartments, and leafy avenues give the area a calm, lived-in feel. It’s the kind of neighborhood where morning joggers, dog walkers, and café-goers set the pace, and the city hums quietly in the background.
Take the trail east of Museo Soumaya and you’ll pass modern apartment blocks, small plazas, and scattered street cafés, all leading naturally toward the direction of Roma.
Along the way, the rhythm of the streets changes subtly -- polished storefronts give way to historic facades, and the hum of traffic mixes with occasional street music.
By the time you reach the monument, the neighborhood has unfolded itself completely — a graceful transition from Polanco’s wealth and gloss to the stately presence of one of Mexico City’s most iconic landmarks.

It's a nice long walk, be sure to wear comfortable shoes.
